ACADEMIC EDUCATION
Dr. Adriano attended Medical School at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP) – institution internationally recognized for its scientific rigor, where he completed his residencies in general and plastic surgery.
HOSPITAL PRIVILEGES
In addition to establishing his private practice, Dr. Adriano has surgical privileges at some of the most respected hospitals in the world such as Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein, Hospital Sírio-Libanês, Hospital Vila Nova Star, and Hospital Alemão Oswaldo Cruz, all which are accredited by the Joint Commission International.
NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL AFFILIATIONS
Dr. Adriano is a member of some of the most recognized surgical organizations around the world: Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery, where he is a full member – the highest qualification
within the institution known for its selectivity and rigor, in addition to his role as the Society’s Director of Communication since 2021;
Society’s Director of Communication since 2021; American Society of Plastic Surgeons, of American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and (The Aesthetis Society),and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
OVERSEAS EXPERIENCE
During his formal surgical training, Dr. Adriano attended University Clinical Observerships at NYU (New York, USA), and UT Southwestern (Dallas, USA),two of the most prestigious educational institutions
in plastic surgery worldwide, as well as Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute (Dallas, USA). He also attended clerkships at LMU (Munich, Germany), and Karolinska Institutet (Stockholm Sweden)..
In addition, Dr. Adriano completed several surgical internships at private clinics in New York, Los Angeles, Dallas, Rio de Janeiro, and Curitiba, with some of the most esteemed experts in plastic surgery.
ACADEMIC COMMITMENTS
To round off his focus on facial surgery and facial minimally-invasive procedures, Dr. Adriano attended a fellowship in nose and rhinoplasty in São Paulo, and took part of the Faculty of Instituto Boggio, a national reference in courses on non-surgical procedures for plastic surgeons and dermatologists (covering topics such as face anatomy, facial fillers, botox, and collagen biostimulators, among others) from 2018 to 2021 in São Paulo and Balneário Camboriú.

Other than his formal academic training,
Dr. Adriano keeps up to date by partaking in specialty conferences in Brazil and abroad, both as a participant and lecturer.
In his desire to stay on the cutting edge of surgical techniques and technology, Dr. Adriano took different highly acclaimed courses such as the Rhinoplasty Course at the Dallas Rhinoplasty Symposium, R24R for Fast-Track Recovery Breast Augmentation, and Full Face and Neck Anatomy for Facelift

In addition to medical conferences, Dr. Adriano is a Digital Columnist for Beauty Drops, an Instagram page by Ford Models Brasil dedicated to skin health and skincare. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2021 he was a columnist for Check It! Magazine covering plastic surgery.
